We didn’t have anywhere to be today so Emmett and Dan headed off to work and everyone else and I stayed home. Schoolwork got done without too much complaint. For the last week I’ve made the kids lunch. Today it so happened that we all sat down at the same time and nobody was doing schoolwork. It was nice to sit and chat with the kids. 

We lost power this evening due to a MASSIVE thunderstorm that moved in. I’m talking floods of water down the roads and even in the grass. It was crazy. Not only did we lose power but so did yoga and gymnastics. The girls stayed for a good chunk of time and most of my yoga people showed up even without power.
